WHITE SUPREMACY
IN IMPACT ENVIRONMENTS

WE HELP IMPACT LEADERS MAKE THE CHANGE THEY WANT TO SEE IN THEIR WORKPLACE, THEIR COMMUNITY,

AND THEIR PROFESSIONAL NETWORK.

ABOUT

Hello, we are Batukee & Rethinc, your allies in overcoming the racist habits, patterns, and systems that hinder the full potential of your impact organization. Lead with grace, dignity, and wellness as you create change - in yourself and others -  forging a new way forward for your clients and community.

TOGETHER, WE WILL CONQUER RACISM AND PROPEL YOUR LEADERSHIP TO NEW LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS AND SKILL.

Amara T.
"CONSIDER THE CONNECTION BETWEEN DEEP SELF REFLECTION AND SOCIAL CHANGE. WHEN WE WEAVE THESE TWO SEEMINGLY UNRELATED THINGS TOGETHER, WE HEAL OUR COMMUNITIES, OURSELVES, AND OUR MOVEMENTS."

POWERFUL LEARNING EXPERIENCES

We are carefully building a cohort of 25 impact leaders from across Brazil who are interested in a kinetic learning experience focused on undoing racism, sustaining healthy relationships, and causing more joyful, inclusive, and productive workspaces.

You may be asking yourself - when might this course be useful or necessary? The course is indicated for situations where...

  • There is a mapping of conflicts, asymmetries, and institutional or people management challenges related to diversity

  • There are challenges in hiring, retaining, and managing the dismissals of minority groups

  • There is an inverted pyramid in leadership (e.g. white male leadership, teams composed of Black people and women)

  • There is a desire to ensure systemic change and align discourse with practice

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

"TRANSFORMATIVE JOURNEYS"

"There are racist ideas at work within my workplace that need to be addressed and it starts with these conversations."

Fabian Baracca, Brazil

"I WANT TO GIVE THIS IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE TO OTHERS.  HOW CAN WE MAKE PEOPLE SEE?"

“There is not a possibility of a future without knowing our past. There is no possibility of effective outer work in racial equity without inner work, no matter how one identifies."

Jo Archer, UK

"JUST FEELS GREAT!"

"Today I take away joy.  I've been so down with all that's going on, but this experience brought me back to my why, the joy of challenges, and the joy of knowing challenges can be faced and worked on."

Saharan Louret, ON
